For healthy maintenance of your rugs we recommend that you vacuum your rug at least once a week. In addition if a rug experiences heavy foot traffic we recommend that you have it cleaned professionally about once a year. Otherwise having it cleaned once every two years should be enough.

In case of an unexpected situation you can call our store (310) 399 - 3181 or email us (nicerugs@verizon.net) and ask whether you should have it professionally cleaned.

Examples of unexpected situations which require immediate professional rug cleaning are:
Dog urine on rug.
Rug completely wet after rain.
